Two days ago I tried on a size one diaper on Kaci and to my amazement it seemed like they fit even though they looked super huge. My sweet Kaci is officially in size one diapers. Awww my big girl...Oh! I almost forgot to say that I got a Luvs sample diaper in the mail yesterday, I put it on her and I LOVED it! GO LUVS!!!!
Last night was her first night of sleeping through the night....again....she went to bed at 8:00 PM and did not wake until 5:30 AM. WOOO HOOO!!!!!
I bought this soccer cake pan off ebay. I had this great idea to make Courtney a soccer ball cake for her birthday party. I decided yesterday that I would do my trial run. The cake had to cook for like 50 minutes because at 35 minuets it wasn't done in the middle. So I take it out of the cake pan and it's just this wee little cake. (7 slices to be exact) Now, keep in mind that I am not this kind of baker. I don't do the fancy schmancy stuff. I can make cakes, breads, cookies and brownies and stuff, but I don't do it often and I wouldn't sell it. Ha ha. So then I just decided to have some fun with it. Here are a few pics of the cake. Now, it did taste delicious and I guess that is all that matters. However, with a little more practice I don't think I'd be too awful.
Way to bake Mom!! See you could be as good as Amy with a little practice!
