Who Knew? Smoking Prohibited!

This is my 101st post! Huh...who knew? Awesome. I have made 100 posts. LOL

I arrived in Seattle last night and by the time I got to my room it was midnight! Talk about exhaustion! However, Kaci and I woke at 0800 hours feeling totally refreshed and wonderful. I was able to get ready at my own pace, get Kaci ready, and head out to check out my current destination. Kaci and I went to Gorgio's, which truly had the best sub I have ever had. YUMM-O! Then after that we walked for a bit and headed back to our room before leaving to pick up Auntie Sherry and Miss Chloe.

Kaci and I headed to the airport. We drove around in circles for about 20 minutes before stopping at Delta and picking them up. So, at SEATAC across ALL the windows there is red tape with white words that says SMOKING PROHIBITED and DIRECTLY next to that stands a woman smoking a cigarette. UGH! I HATE when I come out of the airport and everyone is smoking. YUCK! And like I want my baby inhailing all that. BLEK! Anyway, I hate people that do that.

Picked up Sherry and Chloe and headed back to the hotel and then to return the rental car. No one told me that you DO NOT need a car in Seattle. Everything is within walking distance of the hotel. It's awesome. This is such a neat place. The space needle and the children's museum are on our to-do list. Not sure what else. Maybe a ferry boat ride.

All in all, today was a wonderful day! I'm excited to see what tomorrow brings. :o)

BIG Decisions and other random stuff...

WOW! Life surely has thrown some curveballs at me lately. None of which the decisions are made easily.

Question of the day...

If you were offered a job by a VERY reputable organization and new the end result was going to be something GREAT, but the pay was less to start would you take the job?  Would you be willing to leave your comfort zone? Would you be willing to leave your family for a short time. Yes or No

On to other news. Kaci started walking on Feb 2. She is still figuring our that sometimes she is gong to fall and in the end it's ok. I think right now she just does what ever is easiest. LOL She is so awesome. She recently got a small Step 2 swing set and she loves it. She LOVES to swing! It even came with a slide and of course she loves going up and down the stairs. She sure is getting big. I can't believe that she is going to be 14 months old on Thursday. Bittersweet. I love her.

Next news. Courtney is going to be 10 on Friday! Double digits! She is so stoked about getting her ID card. She can finally go to the BX whenever she wants to purchase her Bath and Body Works Sweet Pea set. It is very exciting. She is having an ice skating party as well as a slumber party. Should be interesting. She is a good girl and she deserves to have a fun birthday. Today, I dropped her off at school with 30 cupcakes. Half were red velvet and half were strawberry. She baked and frosted them herself as well as frosted and sprinkled. She has also started playing soccer again and she is having fun. Thanks JDT and KT for coaching! You guys are lifesavers! In this particular picture she was goal tender. She is lucky #5 again...her favorite number. The Da Kine Flamingos have lost both games thus far, but that's okay because they really have fun! Having fun is all that matters!

Life. Interesting Life. I love it. I don't love it. No...I love it.
